Property manager responsibilities include:
- Leasing
- Showing apartments
- Administering rental applications, checking references, etc.
- Ensuring that we rent to tenants who will pay rent and respect the property
- Renewing leases with current tenants
- Rent collection
- Ensuring tenants are keeping up with rent payments
- Tenant relations
- Keeping track of general communication with tenants
- Ensuring properties look presentable
We have properties in Dover, NH and the surrounding towns. We also have a handful of properties in Portland, ME. We are a relatively small company with about 240 units under management. We use Appfolio for our property management software. Some knowledge of that system would be preferable but is not required.
