Wings Over Bonham is looking for an experienced, motivated General Manager to lead our restaurant and team. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their store, develops their employees, delivers excellent guest experiences, and understands how to operate a profitable restaurant.

This is a hands-on leadership position. Our General Manager is expected to be present on the floor, support the team during busy shifts, maintain high standards, and build a positive culture while holding the restaurant accountable to its operational and financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations

• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a strong team

• Create schedules and manage staffing based on business needs

• Maintain excellent food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality standards

• Monitor and control labor, food, beverage, and operating costs

• Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and waste

• Ensure proper cash handling and restaurant financial controls

• Coach managers and team members through consistent feedback and accountability

• Handle guest concerns professionally and work to build repeat business

• Maintain compliance with company policies and food safety requirements

• Conduct opening, closing, and operational inspections

• Review restaurant performance and identify opportunities for improvement

• Help grow sales through strong operations, local community involvement, and execution of promotions

• Build a workplace culture centered around teamwork, accountability, and great service

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant management experience required

• General Manager experience strongly preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Experience managing labor and food costs

• Ability to train, coach, and hold employees accountable

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Reliable transportation

• ServSafe Manager certification preferred
