This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach, while improving on the current model and be responsible for managing in a manner consistent with the mission, operating philosophy, standards, and values of the Benchmark.Your Role:Attend weekly meetings and communicate key updates and upcoming events to team membersShare information about the restaurant’s offerings and capabilities with other departments and guestsOversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service flow and team coordinationAnticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and resolve concerns professionallyMonitor food quality, presentation, and overall service standardsEnsure consistent adherence to food, beverage, and service standardsSupport cost control efforts for food, beverage, and laborAssist with inventory management, receiving, and product utilizationLead by example, demonstrating exceptional service standards and operational excellenceFoster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement and retentionCollaborate with kitchen and management teams to improve service efficiencySupport all opening and closing procedures to ensure operational readinessAssist with hiring, training, and development of team membersProvide support across other food and beverage outlets as neededWhat are we looking for?High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage or hospitalityPrior supervisory experience requiredDemonstrated leadership and team management capabilitiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilities with a focus on guest satisfactionAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environmentKnowledge of food safety standards and industry best practicesAbility to stand and remain active for extended periodsFlexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to lift and carry moderate weights as requiredCompensation:$19.00-$20.00Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
