Program Coordinator - Oak Hills Adult Services

Program Coordinator Location: Leominster, MA. Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Pay: $23.54/hr, up to $27.84/hr with additional compensation for higher education and/or more experience. Sign-on Bonus: $1,000. Additional $250 bonus if MAP certified. Responsibilities Daily operations of a group home, including supervision of staff, management of program budget, and assurance of quality milieu services. Ensure compliance with agency, state, and federal contracts and regulations, including all Medication Administration Protocols. Run shifts and assist the Adult Services Director with development of programming for the house. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older. Valid driver's license required. High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience working in a congregate care setting required. Supervisory experience preferred. Must be flexible schedule-wise to support the program. Must attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm in Rutland, MA. Must be MAPS certified, or able to obtain certification within 90 days of employment.
