Description The People Partner is a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, leading the execution of people strategies that drive business performance and organizational effectiveness. This role partners closely with leaders to diagnose workforce needs, enable adoption of enterprise programs, and translate business priorities into practical people solutions. Working collaboratively with Centers of Excellence and the People Experience Team, the People Partner ensures enterprise initiatives are delivered consistently while addressing business-specific needs. Strategic People Advisory & Business Partnership Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to business priorities. Advise on workforce, talent, organizational, and employee relations matters, applying sound judgment to complex people decisions. Identify workforce risks and opportunities, providing proactive solutions that support business performance and enterprise objectives. Counsel leaders on sensitive employee relations and legal matters in partnership with relevant stakeholders. Organizational Effectiveness & Workforce Planning Use workforce data and insights to improve talent, performance, and organizational effectiveness. Support workforce planning, organizational design, restructures, and capability planning in partnership with OD/OE. Validate restructuring proposals, support business case development, and coordinate employee notification and consultation processes in accordance with local labor laws. Leadership, Talent & Culture Guide leaders on talent management, succession planning, learning, performance, and employee engagement. Drive leadership accountability for culture, team effectiveness, and organizational performance. Partner with People Experience Teams to deliver development initiatives that strengthen leadership capability and organizational effectiveness. Change & Business Transformation Advise leaders through organizational change and transformation, ensuring effective change management and communication. Support implementation of new operating models, processes, and people initiatives while reinforcing enterprise culture and priorities. Enterprise Partnership & Governance Drive adoption of enterprise people programs and collaborate with Centers of Excellence and the People Experience Team to deliver seamless employee experiences. Coordinate labor authority inspections and audits in Western European markets in partnership with Legal and relevant Centers of Excellence. Foster strong cross-functional partnerships and an enterprise mindset across the People organization. Data & Decision Support Leverage workforce analytics and business insights to inform talent and organizational decisions. Embed a data-driven approach to diagnosing people challenges, measuring outcomes, and continuously improving people solutions. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with demonstrated strength in business partnership, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and/or talent strategy. Demonstrated ability to operate as a trusted advisor in a matrixed environment and influence outcomes through sound judgment and effective partnership. Strong understanding of business priorities, organizational dynamics, and how people strategies support performance. Experience leveraging workforce data and insights to inform decisions and enable business outcomes. Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively across levels. Ability to navigate complex, sensitive, or ambiguous situations with discretion and professionalism. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Estee Lauder Companies
