Bleeding & Clotting Disorders Institute (BCDI), the only Federally Recognized Center of Excellence South of Chicago, seeks an Associate Medical Director to join their team in Peoria, Illinois (IL). Responsibilities Leadership and direction for the comprehensive hemophilia, other bleeding disorders, and thrombophilia treatment programs, including setting objectives in conjunction with the CMO and the Board of Directors Leading BCDI towards its goal of participation in research studies, QI projects, and publications consistent with its mission to serve patients with bleeding and clotting disorders and other hematological conditions Providing 2 days of clinic per week with opportunities for dedicated research time, supported by an experienced research team that offers a vast opportunity to publish Adult and Pediatric Hematology (no Oncology), with an option to focus on hemostasis, thrombosis, and vascular anomalies Mentoring available to increase comfort seeing both adult and pediatric patients Ability to work with residents Benefits Salary in the range of $300,000-$350,000 Sign-on bonus of $50,000 PSLF eligible site Comprehensive benefits with costs covered for you and your family and a retirement match of 5% Location Peoria, IL #J-18808-Ljbffr
