About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Growth and Marketing to join a partner-led financial advisory firm. This senior leadership role is pivotal in owning and executing the firm's marketing strategy, with a strong focus on positioning, messaging, and brand across all channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving targeted marketing campaigns, leading the strategy for events and sponsorships, and providing valuable insights into market positioning and pipeline trends. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with firm leadership to support business development and overall growth, including the development of pitch materials and the identification of cross-practice growth opportunities. Applicants must have a background of at least 10 years in restructuring or broader professional services marketing, advisory, consulting, or financial services, with a proven track record of supporting senior leadership on marketing and business development initiatives. A strong understanding of relationship-driven marketing environments and the ability to operate effectively in a partner-led, high-performance setting are essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach, capable of managing marketing operations, infrastructure, and a team to establish scalable processes that support the firm's growth.
