Provides direct patient care and develops individualized care plans.Assesses patient conditions, administers treatments and medications, and monitors outcomes.Collaborates with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to ensure quality care.Delivers patient education, health counseling, and discharge planning.Practices within Ohio RN scope of practice and nursing standards.Responsible for recognizing and responding to patient complications and changes in condition.Supervises and delegates appropriate nursing tasks while maintaining accountability for patient care.Ensures patient safety, confidentiality, and compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.Reports directly to the Department Manager with oversight from Nursing Leadership.Ideal Candidate:Active RN license.3 years experienceStrong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Experience providing patient-centered care and managing multiple priorities.Commitment to patient safety, quality outcomes, and professional nursing standards.Nurse to patient ratio 1:5 or flexed to 1:6. Care for patients therapy level of care to PCU level of care. Hours: Night Shift (7pm - 7am); 36 hours per week, every other weekend, no call, no holidaysLocation: Adena Fayette Medical Center (Washington Courthouse, Ohio)EPIC and Pyxis preferred, however we can train. HARP/CPI preferred but we can trainRequired certifications: ACLS, BLS
