Community Representative - Part-Time (Midline) Brookfield Residential is a leading land developer and homebuilder with a focus on creating exceptional communities. Join our team as a part‑time Community Representative in Midline, a brand new master‑planned community near Webster, Texas. Job Description The part‑time Community Representative will play a key customer‑facing role onsite within the Welcome Center, ensuring each visitor receives a warm, engaging, and memorable experience. This position supports the Marketing Manager by executing initiatives related to Customer Experience, Realtor Relations, and daily operations of the Welcome Center. Guide the Welcome Center guest experience in person, ensuring the consumers’ wants and needs are met or exceeded. Effectively register guests and capture guest information. Assist in checking website content weekly to ensure all content is accurate and current. Open, maintain and close the Welcome Center according to procedure. Understand and support the execution of community brand at all touch points. Assist the marketing team with Builder Relations, including communications, meetings, and events. Perform administrative functions such as special projects, presentations, emails. Place supply orders and maintain an inventory of supplies and gifts. Assist and participate in on and offsite community events, grand openings, and other special promotions. Support the real estate agent outreach program by contacting agents and assisting in agent events. What You'll Bring Ability to work weekend hours plus some weekdays and holidays for an average of 20‑25 hrs/week. Warm, welcoming, good energy and excellent customer service skills. Superior oral and written communication skills. Detail oriented, able to multi‑task and work independently. Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet applications, and CRM experience helpful. 1‑2 years of customer service experience in high‑end resort, real estate, or retail environment delivering exceptional service. Marketing/sales background is a plus.
