Establish standardized warehouse operating procedures. Partner with Manufacturing, Planning, and Distribution teams. Ensure operational compliance with safety and quality standards. Manage warehouse staffing, labor planning, and operational scheduling. Lead continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations Manage warehouse space utilization and storage optimization Lead operational readiness for NPIs, system deployments, and strategic rollouts. Develop roadmaps, governance, and readiness plans; facilitate executive reporting. Drive change management, cross‑functional execution, and stakeholder alignment. Manage program delivery — timelines, risks, resources, continuous improvement, and scaling. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of operational excellence or transformation leadership experience. Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives. Lean Six Sigma certification preferred. SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformation experience preferred.
