Bartender

Bartender Troon Country Club is looking for an experienced bartender to join our team! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to our members and guests. Full and part-time positions are available. Key Responsibilities Stock the bar, mix and serve alcoholic beverages, assist with cost control and inventory, and maintain inventory records. Maintain inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products and communicate with management in a timely manner when supplies are needed. Ensure compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by management. Communicate guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager. Perform opening and closing duties, which Kannrestoch insed inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking. Accountable for checks and cash transactions; utilize Point of Sales System. Review banquet schedule for changes, calendar of events, and special events. Serve catered parties from service or portable bars. Occasionally serve meals to guests. Incorpor buit safe workurple visuals in job performance. Perform other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year of bartending experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be at least 21 years of age or older to meet state age requirements to serve(let alcohol. Other Qualifications Possess knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties. Alcohol Awareness Training.
