Starbucks Lead Student Worker

As a Starbucks Lead Student Worker with Aramark, you’ll support daily café operations while providing exceptional guest service on campus. Lead by example in preparing drinks, handling cash, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You will train and guide student workers, help manage inventory and product rotation, and ensure brand standards and food safety procedures are followed. Collaborate with supervisors and peers, uphold Aramark’s values of teamwork and inclusivity, and create positive experiences for the campus community every shift.
