This position supports the day-to-day customer, administrative, operational, or business workflows associated with Ventura Travel. Day-to-Day Responsibilities A typical workday may include responding to customer or client questions through approved phone, email, chat, or online systems; documenting conversations, requests, status changes, and promised follow-up accurately; and coordinating with the appropriate internal or external contact when a request needs additional action. You will also be expected to keep track of open work by closing the loop on routine issues so customers know what happened and what comes next. What Success Looks Like Customers receive clear answers, open requests have visible ownership, notes are complete, and promised follow-up happens when expected.
