Job Description

Vermillion State Bank is an established community bank in the Southeast Twin Cities metro area. As we grow, we are looking for talented, professional, and ambitious individuals to join our team.

The Management Trainee Program is designed to develop highly-qualified candidates and provide them an opportunity to develop fundamental knowledge of banking and experience Vermillion Bank’s culture of service.

Trainees will be working alongside experienced professionals in the retail, operations, and/or lending departments to gain a comprehensive knowledge of the banking environment. The Management Trainee position is an excellent opportunity to learn the banking industry from the ground up, and offers career advancement in the areas of consumer banking, bank operations, and lending.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package with the opportunity to make a real contribution to the success of our company.

Position Requirements

- Excellent communication and decision-making skills

- Strong analytical skills combined with resourcefulness with ability to perform in a customer service environment.

- Desire for a long-term career in the banking industry.

- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

- College degree
