Warehouse AssociateFull-Time | Branch$15.00 – $25.00 / hrHourly Pay RangeReports To:Warehouse Manager /Branch ManagerDEPARTMENTWarehouseEXPERIENCEExperience PreferredBENEFITS ELIGIBLE AFTER45 Days of EmploymentROLE OVERVIEWThe Warehouse Associate increases operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by accurately and safely receiving, storing, and processing incoming and outgoing shipments. This role is essential to keeping orders moving — picking, scanning, and staging product for both pickup and delivery.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESOrder Fulfillment & InventoryPull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup; track order status at all timesReceive shipments, log into inventory, conduct regular audits, and process returns accuratelyFollow all special instructions pertaining to individual ordersSafety & EquipmentUphold the highest safety standards; comply with all legal and company safety policiesIdentify hazardous conditions, report or correct unsafe situations, and enforce safety proceduresOperate a forklift and order picker safely and efficiently; maintain required certificationsPerform routine vehicle and equipment safety checks; report discrepancies to supervisorTeamwork & CommunicationSupport team goals; treat coworkers with fairness, respect, and open communicationParticipate actively in meetings and respond appropriately to direction from othersBuild positive relationships and share information to help the team succeedStandards & AccountabilityFollow established procedures to ensure accurate, high-quality, error-free work outputMaintain a strong, focused work pace; adapt positively to changing prioritiesAdhere to all rules and regulations set forth in the Employee HandbookOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or GED requiredWillingness to learn; warehouse or distribution experience preferredForklift certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire)Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand for up to 8 hours dailyAble to frequently stoop, bend, and reach; work in variable indoor/outdoor temperature conditionsBENEFITSEligible to enroll on the 1st of the month following 45 days of employment:Medical, Dental & VisionShort & Long-Term DisabilityLife InsuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)TelehealthGym Reimbursement401(k) with Company MatchFree Surgery & Imaging Program*Free Medications*Delta Perks — Local DiscountsDiscount HubCoverage available for familiesFree Surgery & Imaging and Free Medications programs are subject to eligibility and program terms.Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
