Business Operations Manager

Canyon Creek Presbyterian Church is seeking a full-time Business Operations Manager to provide senior-level administrative, operational, communications, human resources, facilities coordination, and financial administration support for the church. This position plays a key role in helping the daily operations of the church run smoothly while supporting staff, Session, committees, members, and ministry partners with accuracy, responsiveness, and care. The Business Operations Manager will coordinate church operations and calendars, support financial administration and stewardship records, assist with communications and worship materials, manage event and program logistics, maintain important church and personnel records, and provide administrative support for governance, facilities use, and human resources processes. Ideal candidates will be highly organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy with confidential information, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and committed to supporting the mission and ministry of the church through excellent operational leadership.
