Immediate Hiring For Assembler - 2nd Shift - $21/Hour

Job Summary

• Assemble and test medical devices in a cleanroom environment
• Work with small parts using microscopes for most of the shift

Key Responsibilities

• Follow detailed assembly instructions and SOPs
• Use microscopes, hand tools, calipers, and micrometers
• Perform visual inspection of small components
• Report quality or process issues
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Support team training and production needs (including overtime)

Essential Skills

• 6+ months of small part assembly with microscope
• Ability to work under a microscope ~90% of the time
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Good communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom and on 2nd shift with overtime

Preferred Qualifications

• 12+ years medical device or cleanroom experience
• Experience with catheters or similar components
• Familiarity with hand tools and measuring instruments

Work Environment

• 2nd shift (starting around 3:303:45 PM)
• Cleanroom, high-volume production setting
• Long-term contract (1218 months)
• Requires overtime and occasional Saturday work

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
