• Duration: 9+ Month W2 Contract with the potential to extend (W2 Only, no C2C)

• Compensation: Starting at $52/hr (Flexible Depending on experience/skillset)

About the Role:

\n

The Sr. Software Systems Engineer will support system configuration and change activities throughout the product lifecycle, from development through end-of-life.

\n

The primary focus will be Camstar Manufacturing Execution System (MES) , where you'll translate manufacturing requirements into system models and workflows. You'll also work with cross-functional teams to analyze product and process data, support compliance requirements, and ensure accurate information flows across enterprise systems.

\n

\n

What You'll Do:

\n

\n
• Translate manufacturing processes and business requirements into Camstar MES models and automated workflows
\n
• Configure, support, and optimize MES processes throughout the product lifecycle
\n
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop implementation strategies and complete validation activities
\n
• Develop and optimize SQL queries to support manufacturing and system requirements
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, process efficiency, and system functionality
\n
• Support change and configuration activities within ERP and PLM systems , collaborating with cross-functional teams
\n
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities and delivering projects on schedule
\n
• Collaborate with teams across multiple departments and global locations
\n

What We're Looking For:

\n

\n
• Hands-on experience creating and supporting models in a Camstar MES environment
\n
• Strong SQL query development and optimization skills
\n
• Experience translating manufacturing process flows into automated workflows
\n
• Technical background in manufacturing; life sciences, diagnostics, or medical devices preferred
\n
• Experience with configuration management, operations, and/or quality in a regulated industry
\n
• Experience with process and material changes within an ERP system; SAP preferred
\n
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems; SAP experience is a plus
\n
• Knowledge of ISA-95 and the relationship between enterprise and manufacturing/control systems
\n
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership while working with minimal supervision
\n
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments and global teams
\n
