How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Provide comprehensive rehabilitative care for a clinically diverse patient population, specializing in the management of high-acuity neurological conditions, advanced cardiac recovery, limb loss, and medically complex debility.
• Develop, implement, and regularly reassess individualized, patient-centered plans of care in collaboration with patients and families.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions across complex diagnoses, including neurological, oncological, orthopedic, cardiopulmonary, and medically complex conditions.
• Minimum weekend and holiday requirement.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy (PT) license credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation prior to hire date or job transfer date required. A valid license pending letter will be accepted until license is issued.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• Prior neurological experience.
