You will be pivotal in managing subcontractors, ensuring the safety and quality of our sites, and supporting our project managers to deliver outstanding results.**Key Responsibilities*** Direct and manage subcontractors from the start through to the completion of construction projects.* Ensure the highest standards of safety, scheduling, and quality control are met on-site.* Support and enhance project team accountability and morale.* Provide technical direction to construction teams.* Manage risks to minimize project exposure.* Maintain effective communication and foster strong relationships with all stakeholders, including owners, subcontractors, designers, and the public.* Track and document all project-related progress and communications in Procore.**Required Qualifications*** Demonstrated professionalism, self-motivation, and organizational skills.* Minimum of 3 years' experience in supervisory roles in commercial construction, managing subcontractors, and ensuring project adherence to safety and quality standards.* Proficient with Microsoft Office.* High school diploma or equivalent required.**Preferred Qualifications*** Advanced education or additional certifications in construction management.* Demonstrated leadership within professional or community organizations.* Ambitious personal and professional goals.**Benefits*** Competitive salary based on experience, plus performance bonuses.* Comprehensive health plan with an HSA option.* Dental and Vision Plans* Robust retirement plans including 401k, profit sharing, and defined benefits.* 15 days of paid time off and paid holidays.* Company-provided vehicle.* Opportunities for industry-specific training and development.* Work attire provided.* Recognition and rewards for work anniversaries.**Application Process** We encourage professionals who are passionate about construction and meet the above criteria to apply.
