About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of School to lead its transition from a startup to a sustainable organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a clear vision for the future, in partnership with the community, and ensuring the continued growth and development of the school. While Montessori certification is not mandatory, a strong background in educational leadership, particularly in a well-run school, is essential. The Head of School will play a pivotal role in maintaining the school's commitment to an environmentally sensitive and socially inclusive learning environment. Applicants for the Head of School position at the company should have a proven track record in educational leadership and a deep understanding of the Montessori philosophy. The role involves overseeing the academic and operational aspects of the school, fostering a positive and collaborative community, and managing the transition to a more established and sustainable model.
