HRIS Business Partner - Hybrid - Workday

Full-time

Kforce's client is adding and HRIS Business Manager to their team in Bloomfield, NJ. This is not a Workday tech/programmer job - rather it's a real HRIS Business Partner in the HR Department with many internal clients. Core Responsibilities:

Maintain the overall Workday platform
Gather business requirements
Present solutions to business leaders
Help Configure and customize Workday for internal reporting customers
Responsible for configuration, design and security of Workday's HCM system
Set up and support testing environments - manage testing and system enhancements
Maintain Workday security, areas, and work units

Heavy focus on requirements gathering, implementation, configuration, and stakeholder management
