What You Will Be Doing

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and company-provided leads
• Conduct client and prospective client meetings to provide guidance, answer questions, and follow up on action items
• Present and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Follow up on leads and opportunities in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking
• Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Use various communication channels to initiate and foster relationships with clients and prospects
• Work alongside the advisory team to create and implement personalized investment strategies
• Assist in growing the firm’s client base through outreach efforts and company-funded marketing campaigns
• Contribute to business development and marketing efforts, including vendor research
• Stay up to date on financial trends, products, and regulatory changes
• Provide ongoing service to existing clients, handling inquiries and performing account-related tasks
• All other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring

• Life & Health Insurance License (Required)
• Clear and Professional Communication Skills (Verbal and Written) (Required)
• Self-Motivation with a Desire to Achieve Personal & Professional Goals (Required)
• Ability to Work Independently & Manage Multiple Priorities (Required)
• Strong Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills (Required)
• Previous Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development Experience (Required)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/Financial Planning Software (Preferred)
