Senior Manager, HR Products & Transformation TeamWells Fargo is seeking a Senior Manager to be a part of the HR Products & Transformation Team. This team is responsible for driving digital transformation across Human Resources and delivering and maturing HR product capabilities through agile practices, process automation and enhancements.The Senior Manager is a key position within the HR Products & Transformation Team providing leadership and driving execution delivery of both technical and non-technical initiatives. This position may support any of the following HR products:HR Core Services: Global Payroll, Time, Absence and Service Management through ServiceNowTalent AcquisitionTalent Management and Learning & DevelopmentTotal Rewards: Compensation (Executive, Incentive, Advanced, etc.) and BenefitsEmployee Life Cycle (Onboarding, Offboarding, etc.) and Employee RelationsHR Data, Analytics & Reporting ServicesThis role will lead a team of Delivery Leads and Delivery Coordinators that are responsible for supporting the delivery of HR Product change. This position will report directly to the Head of HR Portfolio and Change Delivery and Governance.We are seeking a highly motivated individual that can think strategically and deliver tactically against valued business outcomes.
