In this role, you will diagnose and repair plumbing issues, clear clogs, and provide preventative maintenance for our clients. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and driven to deliver top-notch service while upselling additional solutions that enhance the customer's home comfort and plumbing system functionality.This position offers opportunities for professional growth and training in our Plumbing or Drain Departments.ResponsibilitiesResidential Plumbing and Drain Maintenance: Perform general plumbing repairs, fixture replacements, and drain cleaning services in single-family homes, condos, and duplexes.Use professional-grade tools and equipment, such as augers, hydro-jetters, and cable machines, to clear blockages effectively.Diagnostics and Problem Solving: Evaluate and diagnose system issues, providing clear explanations and recommendations to homeowners.Utilize basic camera inspection equipment to identify potential sewer or drain problems (advanced training provided).Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service with clear communication, ensuring the homeowner is informed and comfortable with proposed solutions.Educate customers on maintenance to avoid future plumbing issues.Inform customers about our service partner plan and establish continuing relationships with them.Presenting Options/Estimates: Present multiple service options focusing on the customer's needs, wants, time, and budget after you have had great conversations with them.
