Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• WA license information and any other needed information for credentialing must be in place at a minimum.

• Facility type: Outpatient.
• City and state: Bremerton, WA.
• Clinicians may be asked to float to other clinic locations in the greater Seattle area.
• 40-minute 1:1 patient care schedule.
