This remote position plays an integral role in delivering essential mental health services through a Community Health Clinic framework. Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of working remotely while maintaining a strong connection to our Community Health Clinic's resources and support systems. By joining our team, you will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts and rotating weekend duties to ensure coverage for urgent mental health situations. As part of our proactive approach, on-call availability may also be required for crisis intervention.

  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gain a deep understanding of each client's personal history, presenting concerns, and potential risk factors.

  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address their unique mental health challenges and foster emotional well-being.

  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapy, tailoring each approach to meet individual client needs.

  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, promoting personal growth and teaching effective coping strategies to support clients in navigating their challenges.

  • Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to mental health care.

  • Provide immediate crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and making referrals for more intensive services as necessary.

  • Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health conditions and available community resources to foster understanding and support.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with legal and ethical standards to ensure compliance and quality care.

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
