Outbound Lead Generation Specialist and SDR/SETTER — Cold Email & LinkedIn (Permanent, Hourly + Bonus)

**About us**

Zen Lingo Lab helps independent language teachers and small language schools run their own business: website, booking, payments, and automated student follow-up, all in one system. We help teachers win and keep their own students instead of handing a big cut to marketplaces like Preply and italki. We are building a founding sales team and need an outbound expert to keep the demo calendar full.

**The role**

This is a permanent role for an expert who owns our outbound engine end to end. You build targeted lead lists, run cold email and LinkedIn campaigns, protect deliverability, and turn replies into booked demos for our closers. Our goal is 20 held demos a week, and you are the engine behind it.

**What you'll do**

* Build and refresh targeted lists in Apollo (about 1,000 new verified contacts a week) for language schools and independent teachers
* Verify every list with NeverBounce before it goes live
* Run and optimize cold email campaigns in Instantly across our 26 warmed inboxes
* Prospect and run outreach sequences in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* Write, test and improve email and LinkedIn copy with clear A/B testing
* Monitor deliverability: warmup, bounce rates, spam placement, sending limits
* Hand positive replies to our SDR fast and push booked demos into GoHighLevel
* Report weekly on sends, reply rate, positive replies, demos booked and demos held

**You're a fit if you have**

* 3+ years running B2B cold outbound at volume, with results you can show
* Hands-on, expert-level experience with Apollo, Instantly and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* Strong understanding of email deliverability and inbox management
* Sharp copywriting skills and a testing mindset
* Familiarity with CAN-SPAM and opt-out best practices
* Excellent written English; Spanish is a plus
* Experience with GoHighLevel, NeverBounce, or selling to small businesses or educators is a strong plus

**Compensation**

* Hourly rate plus performance bonus tied to demos booked and held
* Exact compensation to be determined in discussion, based on experience and results
* Permanent role with room to grow as the team scales

**Hiring process**

1. Short written application with examples of campaigns you've run and their numbers (reply rates, meetings booked)
2. 20-minute screen call
3. Short paid test: build a 50-contact list and a 3-step email sequence for our target market
4. Reference checks, then a two-week paid trial
