What To Expect Tesla’s Cell Engineering team is looking for an Industrial Engineer eager to play a pivotal role in accelerating the global expansion of our 4680 cell manufacturing capacity. The individual will help industrialize our cell manufacturing lines, enabling fast and efficient deployment at scale by performing value‑stream analysis using simulations. This will be achieved by validating design choices for new factories and optimizing the use of existing factories and assets. This is a high‑impact, fast‑paced role for a data‑driven innovator who thrives at the intersection of manufacturing execution, strategic planning, and cross‑functional leadership. You will be an analytical asset behind our ability to scale cell production with precision, agility, and foresight, turning complex manufacturing data into clear, actionable strategies.
