Warehouse Associate

With over 300 locations across the U.S., we are rapidly expanding and looking for Warehouse Associates to join our team. Overview We have newly created career opportunities for Warehouse Associates in our most successful, rapidly expanding division. We offer promotable career advancement and job stability. Responsibilities Receive, process, label, and store incoming stock. Maintain clear records on all inventory and stock. Scan items into the warehouse management system. Inspect all stock for damages and keep damage records. Organize the warehouse space. Prepare orders for shipment. Pick orders for shipment. Record exact arrival and departure times for shipments. Operate stock management tools, including powered industrial equipment and pallet jacks. Count stock and maintain inventory records. Perform routine cleaning duties. Interface with management to ensure key objectives are realized. Maintain safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations. Qualifications Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal. Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements. Regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move objects 10–50 lbs. Occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh up to 100 lbs. Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach. Occasionally required to sit and climb (ladders and/or stairs) or balance. May be subject to environmental conditions; protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. May be required to function in narrow aisles or passageways. Must have specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus. Attention to detail. Great communication skills. Time management skills. Ability to work well under pressure. Must work well with other staff members and supervisors. Must have open availability, flexibility, and ability to work various shifts and overtime. 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred. Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse. Maintain and promote workplace safety. Secure and transfer cash or other assets.
