Larson Real Estate Team is the #1 Zillow Team in Northern California, doing over $400M in annual volume with roughly 60 agents across our Carmel, Santa Cruz, South Bay, and East Bay offices. Our problem is a good one: we have more leads than we have agents to work them.

What you'll do
- Follow up on inbound leads quickly and consistently
- Run buyer and seller consultations
- Show homes and host open houses on team listings
- Guide clients from first conversation through closing
- Build relationships that turn into repeat and referral business
Who we're looking for
- An active California real estate license (required, no exceptions)
- Self motivated and coachable, with a drive to build a real career
- Strong communicator who enjoys helping people
- Comfortable with technology, CRMs, and new tools
- Organized and responsive with your time
- Prior sales experience is a plus but not required

Job Type: Full time, 1099 independent contractor
Pay: Commission based, top agents earn $200,000+ per year
Schedule: Self directed, with weekend availability for showings and open houses
Supplemental Pay: Commission, bonus pay, revenue share, stock awards
