Senior or Lead Project Management Specialist — The Boeing Company, Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS). This role supports the Patriot Advance Capability (PAC‑3) program across the portfolio in Huntsville, Alabama. The position is fully onsite, 100% for one shift, and requires the candidate to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance. Responsibilities Serve as the program lead integrator for multi‑year factory optimization and rearrangement. Execute scope in cost, technical, and schedule dimensions, including briefings, tag‑ups, and events. Integrate all internal and external stakeholders to complete the project scope. Plan, procure, coordinate, obtain customer approvals, and execute first‑article activities. Lead and direct all phases of cross‑organizational or business‑unit projects, demonstrating proficiency in PMI, PMBOK, ANSI, or ISO standards. Basic Qualifications More than 5 years of experience managing projects or programs. Experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to successful completion. Experience preparing executive‑level briefings. Experience in a manufacturing/production environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher (Senior Level 4) or more advanced education (Lead Level 5). More than 5 years of experience leading cross‑functional teams. More than 5 years in change management, program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, industrial engineering, or business operations. Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM). Experience in production facility optimization or rearrangement. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Location & Travel Huntsville, Alabama – must live in the area or relocate at own expense. Travel up to 25% of the time. Compensation & Benefits Senior Level 4: $118,150 – $159,850. Lead Level 5: $146,200 – $197,800. Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities.
