IT Program ManagerGrand Pacific Resorts Inc - Carlsbad, CA 92008OverviewSalary Range $120,000.00 - $145,000.00 Salary/year Position Type Full Time Job Shift 1st ShiftDescriptionIT Program Manager Business Process & DeliveryRole SummaryWe are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager who can partner closely with business leaders to understand, document, and improve business processes, then plan and execute technology initiatives that support those processes.This role requires someone who is equally comfortable in discovery conversations with business stakeholders and in driving disciplined execution across IT teams.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Process Discovery & DocumentationPartner with business stakeholders to understand end to end business processesFacilitate workshops and interviews to document current state workflowsIdentify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunitiesCreate clear, consumable process documentation (current and future state)Planning & Solution ShapingLead planning sessions with business and technical teamsTranslate business needs into actionable delivery plansDefine scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metricsProvide guidance and recommendations based on experience and best practicesEnsure alignment between business priorities and technical executionProgram & Project ExecutionOwn delivery of one or more IT programs or complex projectsCoordinate work across internal teams and external vendorsActively manage risks, issues, and tradeoffsDrive accountability and decision makingCommunicate clearly with executive and operational stakeholdersStakeholder LeadershipServe as a trusted partner to business leadersSet expectations and manage change effectivelyEscalate issues early with proposed solutionsBalance speed, quality and business impactQualificationsRequired Experience & Skills 8+ years delivering IT projects or programs in business critical environmentsDemonstrated experience learning and documenting business processesStrong facilitation and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to turn ambiguity into structured plansExperience leading planning and execution, not just tracking workExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred BackgroundExperience in enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, integrations, data platforms)Background in hospitality, consulting, operations, or business systemsPMP or similar certification (helpful but not required)
