As our Account Executive on the Business Insurance team, you will manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best-in‑class service and drive growth. Providing coverage analysis, risk management recommendations, negotiating coverage and pricing with carriers, preparing proposals, and resolving billing issues will be part of your day‑to‑day. You will also mentor our Client Service Associates by developing their policy‑checking skills and coverage knowledge. Our future colleague We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum seven (7) years’ experience in Business Insurance Property & Casualty license Insurance designations (CPCU, CIC, ARM, and/or AU) or ability to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and ability. Proficient with Microsoft Excel Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience with Non‑Profit, Education, Social Services clients Experience using Sagitta, ImageRight, Epic Valuable Benefits We value and respect the impact our colleagues make every day. The applicable base salary range for this role is $92,400 to $172,100. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
