Nelson Coleman Jewelers has been part of Maryland families for generations. We help people mark the moments that matter most - engagements, anniversaries, milestones, and the quiet "just because" gifts that say the most. Our clients aren't just shopping. Our Towson store is our flagship - the heart of everything we do. It's a close-knit team, and we hire people who fit that culture: warm, genuine, eager to help any/ everyone, want to learn and proud of the work they do.
What You'll Do
- Welcome clients into our showroom and take time to understand what they're looking for
- Guide guests through our collections - from $100 to $100,000 - with patience and care
- Build lasting relationships through personalized follow-up and genuine attention
- Learn fine jewelry and gemstones (we teach you everything - no prior experience needed)
- Support daily store operations as a true team player

You Might Be a Great Fit If...
- You have at least 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role

No jewelry experience required. We've brought people in from all kinds of backgrounds and built them into confident sales consultants. What we can't teach is genuine care for people - that has to come from you.
