Position Overview This is a practical, hands-on role combining workshop support, parts cleaning, yard upkeep and local vendor collections. It suits someone who takes pride in keeping a busy operation safe, organised and moving. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Clean crane parts using solvent tanks and other approved cleaning equipment. Use power tools, including grinders, die grinders and wire wheels, safely and correctly. Prepare and assist with the assembly of parts and equipment. Keep the workshop, warehouse, yard, parking lot and work pads clean and orderly. Complete routine housekeeping, including sweeping, waste removal and debris clean-up. Organise and rearrange materials in the yard and back-pad areas. Collect parts and vendor orders locally using a company vehicle when required. Support the Repairs Department and take on other reasonable tasks assigned by supervisors or managers. Follow detailed instructions, work efficiently and help maintain a safe working environment. What we are looking for Reliable, punctual and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic. A team player who is willing to support different areas of the operation. Previous forklift experience. A valid driver's licence and clean driving record. At least 25 years old to meet the requirements for operating company vehicles. Able to pass a background check and employment eligibility verification through E-Verify. Physical & Working Conditions Comfortable working outdoors in Texas heat. Must be able to perform the essential physical functions of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and frequent bending, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, and moving throughout the workday, with or without reasonable accommodation.
