Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring a short-term **Bilingual HR Admin Assistant **for a client in Fremont, OH. As a HR Admin Assistant , you'll provide support in all areas including recruitment and hr administrative tasks. This role ensures HR processes and procedures are effectively implemented, compliant with company policies, and aligned with federal and state regulations. This role is short-term scheduled to run through the end of the year, but could go longer! Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation ($25/hour ) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include 1st shift. HR Admin Duties and Responsibilities: - Recruitment - end-to-end recruitment across all of their locations

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with the plant and corporate hiring managers
• Maintain, organize, and update HR files Requirements and Qualifications

HR Admin Requirements: - Prior HR or recruiting experience preferred, but open to someone with a strong administrative background and high-accuracy data entry

• Bilingual (Spanish and English) a MUST
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, ATS and HRIS systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
