GORO Logistical is a package delivery company based at 1925 Grandview Parkway in Sturtevant, WI, serving Racine, Walworth and the surrounding area. We provide vans, uniforms and all required equipment, paid training, weekly pay and flexible schedules that fit your life.

Package Delivery Associate Full Time, Part Time & Seasonal

Job location: 1925 Grandview Parkway, Sturtevant, WI

Pay: $23.25 $24.75 per hour. Weekly pay. Paid training. Bonuses Available attendance, route completion and delivered-package bonuses.

No experience necessary, but delivery experience or familiarity with GPS is helpful.

Choose your schedule: (all shifts start at 9:00 AM and run approximately 10 hours; typical end time 7:00 PM; some holidays are required):

• Full Time 4 or more days per week: 1 weekend day plus 3 weekdays of your choice.
• Part Time 2 or 3 days per week: 1 weekend day plus 1 or 2 weekdays of your choice.
• Weekend Warrior pick one: Friday & Saturday, OR Friday, Saturday & Sunday, OR Saturday, Sunday & Monday.

Daily activities:

• Load your van every morning (200250 packages).
• Deliver packages to houses, mobile home parks, apartments and businesses.
• Lift and carry packages, sometimes up to 50 lbs (most are much lighter).
• Walk up flights of stairs to deliver when needed.
• Drive high-roof vans around the region.
• Make up to 250+ stops per day, getting in and out of the van each time.
• Find addresses using the GPS device we provide.
• Take the rest and meal breaks provided each day (required).
• Training routes are provided to start.

• Monday: 11:00 AM 1:00 PM
• Tuesday: 11:00 AM 1:00 PM
• Wednesday: 11:00 AM 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 3:00 PM 5:00 PM
• Friday: 11:00 AM 1:00 PM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM 1:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid regular (Class D) driver's license required probationary licenses are not accepted.
• Clean driving record for the past 7 years.
• Able to work approximately 10-hour shifts.
• Able to work at least 1 weekend day every week; some holidays are required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to climb stairs and get in and out of a delivery van many times a day.
• Responsible team player.
