Speech and Language Pathologist - Flanders, NJ

Qualifications & Experience Masters degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) required Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds will be considered Proficiency conducting assessments, developing targeted therapy plans, and navigating IEP processes Role Responsibilities Deliver individualized and group speech‑language therapy to students as outlined in their IEPs Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders using standardized tools Maintain thorough documentation of therapeutic interventions, progress reports, and compliance requirements Consult with classroom teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students Compensation for this position ranges from $27.00 to $100.00.
