Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home Health experience
• HCHB experience
• Bachelor's Degree

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Productivity expectation: 30
• Mileage reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient

Wilmington, Massachusetts offers access to both Greater Boston and North Shore destinations. The town is about 20 miles north of downtown Boston and is served by MBTA Commuter Rail access to North Station for convenient regional travel.
