Location: Brooks, OR
Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
Pay: $19.73 per hour

Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Seasonal/On-Call Forklift Drivers to support a busy manufacturing facility during its peak production season. This day shift position is ideal for experienced forklift operators looking for flexible, on-call work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack materials
Transport raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
Stage materials for production and warehouse operations
Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
Maintain accurate inventory records using barcode scanners and computer systems
Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as needed
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Follow all forklift and workplace safety procedures

Qualifications

Previous forklift experience is required
Must successfully pass the company's forklift certification process
Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment
Basic computer and inventory tracking skills
Reliable attendance and flexibility to work on-call during the busy season
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
Comfortable working around moving equipment and in refrigerated environments
