Competitive Pay: $20.00–$28.00/hour (credit for experience)

Shift Differentials:

Evenings: +$3.00/hour

Nights: +$1.00/hour

Weekend Days: +$3.00/hour

Weekend Evenings: +$4.00/hour

Weekend Nights: +$4.00/hour

Schedule: Full-time and Part-Time (6:00AM-2:00PM, 2:00PM-10:30PM, or 10:00PM-6:30AM)

What You’ll Do:

Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

Provide compassionate care and support with daily routines

Follow individualized care plans to support resident well-being

Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff

Engage residents in social and recreational activities

Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for all residents

Required Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Active CNA certification required

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in long-term care or senior living

Open to students and recent graduates
