Our Bay City, MI clinic needs a friendly, outgoing, and reliable person to lead our front desk and provide great customer service to patients. Your experience is reflected in your pay, as you earn $18.00 - $22.00/hour . We offer fantastic benefits and perks , including a bonus structure, 2 Meals per week, paid time to exercise, and money provided towards a YMCA membership as well as retirement and PTO after 1 year of employment. DAY IN THE LIFE With a focus on customer service and professional excellence, you take care of patients and support our administrative team in delivering positive experiences. You take charge of our front desk team, and you efficiently delegate tasks to contribute to smooth workdays. From scheduling appointments and collecting payments to organizing medical paperwork and coordinating with our virtual front desk, your efforts keep our daily operations in good shape. You uphold a positive attitude and encourage our patients to stick with their health journeys. WE WANT YOU!
