What You'll Do

Provide emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment
Manage a patient ratio of approximately 1 to 4, ensuring quality and safety
Utilize EPIC electronic health records to document patient information accurately
Collaborate with medical staff and follow protocols to deliver timely treatments
Handle various ER medical procedures with competence and professionalism
Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols during night shifts
Support patient families and assist with patient discharge or transfer

What You Need
Required:

Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
ER nursing experience (specific years not specified)
Proficiency in EPIC electronic health records
Ability to work night shifts and handle high-pressure situations

Preferred:

TNCC certification
Experience working in a busy ER setting
