Quality Technician

We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing organization that is adding a Quality Inspector to support inspection, data analysis, and continuous improvement across production. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work with fabricated parts, takes pride in precision, and communicates well across teams. What You’ll Do Perform inspections, audits, and testing of parts/products to ensure dimensional, functional, and visual requirements are met. Communicate quality issues and nonconforming product information to appropriate team members. Assist in root‑cause analysis and support corrective actions on quality concerns. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by supporting procedures, documentation, and inspection systems. Generate reports and organize findings using standard office software tools. Analyze data and support production teams working on complex fabricated assemblies. What You Bring High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills and the ability to work professionally in fast‑paced or challenging situations. Proficiency with common Microsoft Office applications. Experience using measurement tools such as calipers, protractors, and visual/aesthetic inspection tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Background in manufacturing quality assurance or similar hands‑on production experience. Preferred Experience Familiarity with quality tools such as Pareto charts, histograms, run charts, and cause‑and‑effect diagrams. Experience with inspection equipment such as height gauges, micrometers, surface plates, CMMs, and aesthetic evaluation standards. Exposure to sheet‑metal fabrication environments.
