Key Responsibilities Guest Experience: Own every aspect of the guest journey, from initial booking to post‑visit follow‑up, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. Relationship Building: Cultivate and expand client relationships, fostering a community of Salvestrin enthusiasts and converting guests into members of our wine club. Sales Conversion: Utilize your expertise in luxury sales and hospitality to convert visits into sales, inquiries into reservations, and guests into loyal members. System Proficiency: Master our POS, CRM, and reservation systems, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions while maintaining integrity and transparency. Event Support: Assist with on‑site events, contributing to their success through proactive support and exceptional service. Housekeeping: Perform daily and monthly cleaning duties to uphold the pristine appearance of our estate, reflecting our commitment to excellence. Professionalism: Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times, embodying the values of our brand and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications Luxury Hospitality Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a luxury hospitality or sales setting, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for Wine and Hospitality: Enthusiasm for Napa Valley wines, memorable hospitality, and luxury sales, with a willingness to immerse yourself in our brand and culture. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Google Suite and POS/CRM systems; WSET or CMS certification preferred but not necessary. Flexibility: Willingness and availability to work weekends, holidays, and special events, with a team‑oriented mindset and a drive for career advancement.
