Project Manager

Job Description An employer is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join their team at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, OK. This position pays from $115,000 - $120,000 depending on experience and additional certifications. Responsibilities Act as lead for Tinker AFB programs managing 100% design efforts as well as the day to day operations of the program. Serve as primary client interface for Tinker AFB stakeholders Help coordination with Prime contract partners on site Supervise and mentor engineers and construction management professionals Develop and lead task order proposals, including pricing and execution planning Oversee task order delivery (scope, schedule, budget, QA) across multiple projects Ensure compliance with federal regulations, contract requirements, and company policies Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and leadership Assist on other programs nationwide of similar scope and size, as needed We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
