ARE YOU THE FRONT DESK GUEST SERVICES ASSOCIATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Front office experience
- Experience with iOS systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities

AVERAGE DAY AS A FRONT DESK GUEST SERVICES ASSOCIATE
In this role, you'll guide guests from booking to checkout, including:
- Confirming stay details
- Preparing lodging spaces
- Greeting arrivals
- Ensuring each room feels welcoming and ready

- Checking amenities
- Reviewing guest preferences
- Explaining property features
- Assisting with retail purchases
