Contract | Nights | 16-26 Week Assignment | Monday-Sunday availability required, minimum every other weekend; no block schedules

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a birthing center setting, including labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care
• Float to med-surg and ED units as required by unit needs
• Maintain a schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care, including a minimum of every other weekend
• Work 2 out of 4 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day
• Document patient care accurately using the Epic EMR system

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• AHA BLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of LDRP experience required
• Experience across all areas of the birthing department: Labor, Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn Care
• Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years is required and non-negotiable
• Willingness and ability to float to med-surg and ED units
• Reliable personal or rental vehicle required; public transportation is not accessible in this area
• Vehicle should be equipped with all-season or snow tires during November through April

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Comprehensive work history including bed count, EMR, and facility type details

• Opportunity to work in a specialized birthing center environment with a supportive, structured onboarding orientation
• Contract assignment offering flexibility across a 16-26 week engagement in a scenic Vermont location
