Residential Clinician Salary: $65,510 - $75,270 per year Are you ready to change lives and grow your clinical career? RFK Community Alliance is looking for a passionate, full‑time Clinician to join our dynamic residential care team in Lancaster, MA. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group therapy. Facilitate treatment conference meetings for assigned caseload. Attend weekly team meetings and monthly medication review meetings. Create and maintain documentation, including assessments, progress notes, quarterly reports, and treatment plans. Perform case management tasks—liaison to referral agencies, school districts, and other stakeholders; communicate with parents and guardians; schedule home visitations. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work. One year or more of clinical experience. Strong organizational skills and solid oral and written communication skills. Licensed or license‑eligible clinician in Massachusetts. Shift Full‑time: 40 hours per week with flexibility.
